Introductory Class
Want to learn more about T’ai Chi? Try a single class for free! We will cover the origins, the basic principles, learn the beginning movements and see a demonstration of the 37-Posture Cheng Man-Ch’ing Yang style form. Please use the Registration page to express your interest in participating. Tuesday, September 17th, 6:30-7:30pm

First Section
If you are new to T’ai Chi or want to relearn, this is the class for you. The classes teach the postures and movements of the first section of the Cheng Man-Ch’ing Yang-style form, fundamental Tai Chi principles and energies, and basic application concepts.
Twice weekly, Mondays and Thursdays, from September 5-October 17, 6:30-7:30pm
$225 for first time students, $175 for repeating First Section students.

Middle Section
This class covers the middle third of the form in nine one-hour classes over six weeks.
7:30-8:30pm on September 9, 12, 16, 23, 26, 30, October 7, 10, 14
$150 for first time students, $120 for repeating students.

First Section Review
The First Section Review class covers posture details through the first Cross Hands.
7:30-8:30pm on September 5, 19, October 3, 17 (4 classes)
$55 for all classes, $20 per class individually
and
8:30-9:30am on the Second and Fourth Saturdays, Sept 14, 28, Oct 12, 26 (4 classes)
$55 for all classes, $20 per class individually

Full Form Review
Full Form Review class includes review, correction, and discussion of the full 37-Posture Cheng Man-Ch’ing Yang style form and principles related to proper T’ai Chi Ch’uan movement.
9:30-10:30am on the Second and Fourth Saturdays, Sept 14, 28, Oct 12, 26 (4 classes)
$55 for all classes, $20 per class individually

Advanced Studies
Direction, correction, discussion, and exploration. Studies include form in flow, holding postures, correction, standing meditation, and Tui Shou, or “push hands”.
6:00-8:00pm on the First Tuesdays each month
$25 per session
UPDATE: No class in August, classes will resume in September

Class fees are due on or before the first day of classes. If a class is close to full, a small deposit may be required to hold your place in class.
